On the US-Canadian border, a billboard advertising fresh air, or no advertising, or imagination. Either way, it's beautiful.

Gaia's
show at Irvine Contemporary just opened - and Gaia hit the streets to announce his arrival. There are more complicated pieces (including his 'Grandfather' and bird figures), but I find this piece,
'Cease' is really striking - particularly on a boarded-up church.
You can see more of his street work
here, and the show runs until July 24 -
details here.

The
FAME Festival keeps generating amazing quality work.
Slinkachu just created 'the biggest piece he's ever made', which probably still ranks as one of the smallest pieces of street art ever. It's so well done (just check out the aging on the balconies), and so charming.

These were just sent to me as new Banksy work in Cairo. I haven't heard that Banksy's hit Cairo... but this is great work.
update: these images have been in the Banksy vs. Bristol Museum show, in the 'artist's studio' area. There is
some discussion that these are from Mali, not Egypt
