The website for the artist/ museum/ brand/ magazine collaboration I posted about recently is going live today, including behind the scenes images of the creation of walls in LA.

This huge wall (a peace elephant and dove) is the largest Shepard Fairey has ever done - 70ft X 106ft; it took 6 days to complete during July. It's going to be featured in the November issue of Vanity Fair, and at the artinthestreets website.

full disclosure: I am being compensated by Vanity Fair and Cadillac for this post

Roa was in Gambia for Wide Open Walls and thanks Lawrence; he shares these in remembrance of James and Malang, two people he met there who just died.

Also - Roa lost his camera and is looking for more pictures of his work in The Gambia; if you have some, add a link in the comments below.

See more by ROA.

Phil Lumbang's 'awesome bears' are just that, and this is a really nice set of photos and timelapse video of Phil's latest wall, shot by the great photographer William Anthony, and filmed by Triggerstreet.com. See more here.

More recent Lumbang work here.
